Description

Elevate - Administration training program is approved for Tier 1 LNHA training and Certified Assistant Administrator Training (CAA).
This program includes classroom instruction designed to prepare you for success as a long-term care facility administrator or assistant administrator. The program requires attendance on seven classroom days spread over approximately 13 weeks. Classroom sessions are interspersed with time to complete AIT preceptor hours (750 required for Tier 1 LNHA ONLY), allowing you to apply your learning between meetings. 

Tier 1 LNHA Requirements:
- 21 years of age
- Bachelors Degree OR Associate Degree in a health- or business- related filed or other relevant field and not less than five (5) years of experience in upper level management of a long-term care facility.
- Completion of this program
- 750 AIT training hours (Internship)
- Passing score on the:
    - Oklahoma State Standards Exam
    - NAB Core Examination; and
    - NAB NHA Line of Service examination

CAA Requirements:
- High School Diploma OR G.E.D.
- Successful completion of this course
- Passing score on the Oklahoma State Standards Examination
- Passing score on the NAB core exam AND
    - One year of current management, leadership or supervisory experience in a long-term care facility OR
    - Completion of AIT training (750 internship hours)

Class dates: April 21, 22, 23; May 18, 19; June 24, 25. You must attend all 7 classroom dates to receive your certificate.

There is an option to add the NAB review as part of this course. This NAB review is taught by Joseph Townsend. You receive a discount if it is purchased as part of the enrollment to this course. 2026 NAB Review Dates: July 7 & 8, October 6 & 7.
