Description

Join Care Providers Oklahoma and Linda Farrar, Nurse Consultant & Licensed Administrator as they hit the road providing education discussing the Current Top 5 Survey Findings and Effective Root Cause Analysis.  Also, join in on the discussion of Revisions in Rules of Participation including Psychosocial Outcome Guide and more emphasis on reporting on Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation. This program will be offered on 3 days in 3 locations in Oklahoma with repeated material. Time will be left at end of day for discussion and networking. 

NAB/NCERS approved for 5.5 participant hours.
