Description

This 2-day (12 hour) intensive workforce retention retreat will ensure leaders understand today's new workforce and provides a platform for discussing realistic initiatives for reducing employee turnover.  This retreat is designed for owners, executives, directors, managers and HR leaders.  

Day 1 Agenda - Leading Today's New Workforce / Goal: Shifting Manager Mindsets / Agenda:  Employment Market Trends & Projections, Cost & Impact of Turnover, Identifying Who's the Flight Risk, Embracing a Shorter-Team Workforce, Evolution of Employee Expectations, and The Millennial Mindset.  

Day 2 Agenda - Strategies to Become a M.A.G.N.E.T. Employer / Goal: Immediately-Actionable Tactics / Agenda: Diagnosing Exactly Why People Leave, M.=Management Effectiveness, A.=Attraction & Recruiting, G.=Guidance Upon Entry (Onboard & Training), N.=New Staffing Models (Scheduling & Advancement), E.=Empowered Retention Champions, T.=Trust Through Transparency, & Action Planning & Prioritization Discussion.
