Join Care Providers Oklahoma and outstanding speakers as we journey through the Music of the Decades enjoying the 50s /60s era. Come ready to receive up to 15 hours of education, network with peers, learn of new product offerings from exhibitors and have some fun.

PRE-CONVENTION C3 DE-ESCALATION TRAINING will be offered on Monday, April 29. Due to limited seating, there is a separate registration & fee for this training. This training program will be submitted to NAB for 4 additional hours of continuing education for LNHA. Registration and more information located at www.careoklahoma.com - Education.

Convention will be conducted April 30 through May 3, 2024 offering up to 15 hours of continuing education for LNHA.

On Tuesday, April 30, 6.5 hours of continuing education will be available for Certified Dietary Managers (CDM).

The Trade Show will be conducted on Wednesday, May 1, with over 75 exhibitors showcasing their products and services. Make sure to visit the showcase to gain information on current products and register for giveaways.
